TeamTask is a workplace collaboration app that allows you to create checklists, assign tasks

to yourself and other users, and schedule meetings. To deliver these services, we collect

and process a limited amount of personal data about you.

If you use the app through your employer, your employer is the data controller for

information they enter about you, while Czarnecki Holding AS acts as a data processor for

that processing.

3.1 User Information

When you create an account or are registered by your employer in TeamTask, we collect:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Job title / role (if provided)

• Department or team (if provided)

3.2 Usage and Activity DataIn connection with your use of the app, we also collect:

• Tasks you create, assign, or complete

• Checklists you create or use

• Meetings you create or attend

• Timestamps of actions in the app (activity log)

• Device type, operating system, and app version

• IP address and approximate location (country/city)

3.3 Content You Provide

Any comments, descriptions, or attachments you add to tasks, meetings, or checklists are

processed as part of service delivery.

5.1 With Your Employer

If you use TeamTask as an employee, information about your tasks, checklists, and

meetings will be visible to other users in your organisation according to access levels

configured by your employer.

5.2 With Data Processors

Czarnecki Holding AS uses trusted third-party services to operate the app. These are bound

by data processing agreements and process data only on our instructions:

• Cloud infrastructure and server hosting• Push notification and email delivery services

• Anonymised app performance analytics

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose data if legally required to do so, for example pursuant to a court order or

request from a public authority.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as the account remains active.

• After account deletion: Personal data is deleted within 90 days, except where we are

legally required to retain it.

• Task and meeting history: Retained for up to 12 months after the activity ended.

• Anonymised data: May be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

Czarnecki Holding AS implements technical and organisational measures to protect your

personal data:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)

• Encryption of data at rest

• Role-based access control

• Regular security reviews

We will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority of any data breach affecting your

TeamTask is not intended for use by persons under the age of 15. Czarnecki Holding AS

The TeamTask app uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage to operate the

app and manage login sessions. We do not use marketing cookies within the app itself.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are substantial or
